Using a systematic approach, you will be able to work through a tracing and determine rhythm, axis, select medical conditions, and the all-important recognition of ischemia, current of injury, and necrosis.

• Wellen’s syndrome
• Acute, evolving, and old infarction
• Atrial hypertrophy
• Ventricular hypertrophy
• Bundle branch blocks
• Fascicular blocks

• Cerebrovascular accident

Target audience for Clinical Application and Interpretation of the 12-Lead ECG
Staff training for, or working in, any type of high-acuity area where cardiac monitoring is essential and 12-Lead ECGs are routinely performed. May include critical care, emergency room, perioperative, advanced care, telemetry units, cath lab, and EMS personnel. Also, this course is essential for those serving in a clinical resource role such as advanced practice nurses and clinical managers.
